Holdrege (NE) Public Schools Returns to Lunchtime Solutions

Holdrege NE Public Schools awarded the food service contract for 13-14 to Lunchtime Solutions at the May 2013 board meeting.  Holdrege had contracted with Lunchtime Solutions from 2003 to 2008, but at that time opted to contract with Creative Dining. Both companies made a proposal for 13-14, and the direct comparison of prior performance led the board to once again choose Lunchtime Solutions, which will be featuring chef prepared meals once per month for high school students, a Cruisin Cafe for high school students that leave campus at lunch, and numerous Nebraska local growers and producers.
