Sara DeAnda
Director of Human Resources
While Sara, Lunchtime Solutions’ Director of Human Resources, spends her days working with people, after hours she prefers to spend time with her fur babies (and maybe her husband, too).
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Bellevue University, her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Briar Cliff University and holds professional certification through the Society for Human Resources Management. She’s worked in HR or adjacent fields for most of her career, all while earning those respective degrees. It’s pretty obvious she’s comfortable juggling a lot!
In addition to her responsibilities at Lunchtime Solutions, she moonlights as an adjunct professor for three separate universities: Bellevue University, Morningside University, and Southern New Hampshire University.
Sara is passionate about Lunchtime’s Values. The Value you’ll hear her talk about most is “Embrace a Healthy Work-Life Balance” because she is passionate about travel and new cultural experiences. Add in some great food, and she’s jet-setting to find and try it!
I’ve worked with Lunchtime Solutions as an assistant principal, principal, and director. I value the service they provide to HPS students. It is easy to collaborate with Lunchtime Solutions to address and solve issues and concerns that arise during the school year. They serve a product our students enjoy and like to eat.
